The site only collects data when you voluntarily complete the quote request form. No registration is required to browse the site.
You may optionally attach a commercial invoice and a packing list. These documents may contain sensitive commercial information: please attach only what is necessary for us to review your request.
This data is used solely to review your request, prepare a quote, contact you and manage the resulting commercial relationship. It is not used for automated prospecting, is never sold, and is never transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Processing is based on your own initiative: by sending us the form, you are asking us to reply. You may request that processing stop at any time.
Requests are accessible only to members of the MFS team responsible for the commercial and operational handling of files.
Where the execution of an operation requires it, strictly necessary information may be shared with our partner providers (freight forwarders, carriers, shipping or airline companies), only to the extent required to deliver the service.
The site and the form submission service are provided by Netlify, Inc. (United States). Data submitted through the form is therefore stored on servers located outside Côte d'Ivoire. By using the form, you accept this transfer.
Quote requests are kept for three years from the last contact, then deleted. Files that resulted in a service are kept longer where accounting and customs regulations require it.
The site is served over HTTPS and access to received requests is restricted to authorised persons. As no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed entirely secure, we encourage you not to send information more sensitive than necessary.
This site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic: number of visitors, pages viewed, referral source and device type. These statistics are used solely to improve the site.
No analytics cookie is set until you click "Accept" in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no Google Analytics cookie is installed and you can browse the site normally.

Your IP address is anonymised. We use no advertising cookies, no social network pixels and no individual profiling tools, and this data is never linked to the information you submit through the form.

Cookies set by Google Analytics expire at the latest fourteen months after your last visit. You can also block them from your browser settings.
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to its processing, by writing to info@mfs-ci.com. We reply within a reasonable time after verifying your identity.
